In the basic configuration, the activated time and the flooding time of monitored
control line 4 are both set to 30 seconds (step 1 = opt. 7 and step 2 = opt. 1).
Details on programming, see chapter 11.6.1 and 11.6.2.
Pyrotechnical actuator kit (XCA1110) must be installed when using
CAUTION
pyrotechnical actuator (see chapter 5.6.2).
Monitored control line 5
Monitored control line 5 is provided for connecting either:
Extinguishing release element (in addition to control line 4), or
–
Fire control, or
–
Alarm horn, or
–
Warning panel for blocking condition
–

Monitored control line 5, programming step 1
In programming step 1, you can select the following functions:
Option 14: For additional release element with immediate activation on
–
"Activated" condition
Option 15: For additional release element with same parameters as set for
–
control line 4
Option 16: For alarm horn with same parameters as set for control line 1
–
Option 17: For fire control, active on state "Fire alarm"/"Activated"/"Released"
–
Option 18: For warning panel, active on state "Mech. blocked"
–
Option 19: For warning panel, active on state "Autom. & Man. blocked"
–
Option 20: For alarm horn, active on state "Fire alarm"/"Activated"
–
Option 21: For warning panel, active on state "Manual only" or "Autom. & Man.
–
blocked"
In the basic configuration, control line 5 is set for the additional release element
with immediate activation on "Activated" condition (= option 14).
Details on programming, see chapter 11.6.1
Pyrotechnical actuator kit (XCA1110) must be installed if control line 5 is used
CAUTION
for additional release element using pyrotechnical actuator (see chapter 5.6.2).
Note: For devices with impedance > 900
a resistor (470 /2W) must be connected in parallel!
