Figure 5-2. Use the vertical transition of the sine
wave instead of the peaks for better accuracy.
INTERACTION - between C807 and C814. Readjust
as necessary to make the timing at 2.5, 5, and 7.5
divisions within ±0 .2 division (1 minor division).
Disconnect time mark generator.

7. X Gain (R 827)
a. Set:

CH 1 VOLTS/DIV
b. Connect calibration generator STD AMPL output to
CH 1 input via 50 n coaxial cable. Set generator for
STD AMPL. Set Amplitude to 50 mV.
c. ADJUST—X GAIN (R827) for 5 divisions of horizon­
tal signal.
Disconnect calibration generator.
