To manage your Access Points RLMs, you must assign a unique IP address
to each RLM within your network.
Furthermore, your management station must also have an IP address. The
TCP/IP connection of your station should either:

Be connected to the same subnet as the Access Points RLMs, as
described in

Provide access to the subnet of the Access Points RLMs via routers,
gateways or another type of LAN connection that supports the TCP/IP
protocol.
