Description
A device sends this frame in response to an AT Command (0x08) frame. Some commands send back
multiple frames.

Identifies the data frame for the host to correlate with a subsequent
ACK. If set to 0, the device does not send a response.

Command name: two ASCII characters that identify the AT command.

1 = ERROR
2 = Invalid command
3 = Invalid parameter

Register data in binary format. If the register was set, then this field is
not returned.
