Make sure all AC power is removed from the UPS. Observe all electrical safety precautions.

Push in the EBM DC emergency disconnect switch on the rear EBM panel and turn the switch lockout key
(see Figure 32).
5.
Remove the EBM terminal covers on the UPS and EBM.
