— Lift the handset and dial
— Dial the extension number where the call is ringing or holding.

ALL ORWARDING
— Press FWD. The key should be lit.
— To forward to an outside telephone number: Select and outside line and dial
a telephone number.
To forward to an extension number: Dial the extension number.
To forward to your Voice Mail mailbox: Dial the voice mail extension.

— Press FWD. The key should be unlit.

ONFERENCE
— While on the first call, press the CNF key. The call is now on hold.
— Place an intercom or outside call. Then press the flashing CNF key to place
the call on hold. (If necessary, repeat this step to place a third call on hold.)
— Press the flashing CNF key to join all of the calls together in the conference.

OLUME ONTROL
— Press the up or down arrow on the Volume key to increase or decrease the
volume.
— To save your change: Press the middle of the Volume key.

NTERING OUR
If your MSG key is lit and you have a message from voice mail:
— Lift the handset OR press the SPKR key.
— Press the flashing MSG key.
— Enter your personal password and press
If your MSG key is not lit, enter your mailbox by following these steps:
— Dial the voice mail extension number. (You hear the main menu.)
— During or after the greeting, press
— Enter your mailbox number and your personal password (if programmed).
Then press
