Recording (under Settings)
This setting will enable/disable the record functions of your SmartFade. If you disable
recording, REC MEM and REC SEQ will be rendered inactive.
Run Mode (under Sequences)
Options for running sequences include:
Manual - requires a press of [ .. ] (in the STACK) or the bump button (for fader
sequences) to advance to the next step
Loop - runs the sequence continuously (applies only to fader sequences 21-24)
One Shot - runs fader sequences through one full cycle only. Stack sequences will run
automatically through the cue list once with a single press of [ .. ].
Set Channel Range (under Channels)
Allows you to set a range of channels to a specific percentage level. This can be overridden
by manual fader control.
XF
Refers to the crossfaders, which are used to play back the stack. When accessing the
"Sequences" portion of the menu, you must choose which sequence you want to access. XF
is how you access the stack.
