RATE also allows you to override the recorded timing associated with sequences and the
stack. It can be used to adjust both step times (time interval between steps) and fade times
(fade in/out time for steps).
N o t e :
When using RATE, a "Rate" percentage indicates alteration of step time while a "Fade"
percentage indicates alteration of fade time.

Stack step rate will affect only steps that are triggered by an associated wait time. If a
stack step has no recorded wait time, any step rate changes will be ignored.

Press [RATE] once.
Press [STACK]. The LCD indicates "XF", shows the STACK step, the fade %
and the recorded fade times.
Turn the dial to alter the displayed times proportionally in a range of 0% (instant)
to 999% (10x slower than the recorded times.). The rate is stored as an override
to the recorded timing.
Press [ .. ] to play the next look using the adjusted fade times. This rate
override will affect playback of all subsequent steps.
You may press [RATE] again to view levels in the LCD window. The rate override
will remain in place.
To remove the fade rate override repeat the process above, turning the dial until
100% is displayed.
Press [RATE] once.
Press [STACK]. The LCD indicates "XF", shows the STACK step, the fade %
and the recorded fade times.
Press and hold [RATE]. This will display the adjustable rate %, which affects step
(wait) times only.
Turn the dial to adjust the step rate. Turning clockwise will speed up the wait time
proportionally (up to 10x faster - 999%). Turning counter-clockwise will slow it
down (up to 10x slower - 1% or stopped - 0%).
Release [RATE]. The change will remain in effect for all wait times.
You may press [RATE] again to view levels in the LCD window. The rate override
will remain in place.
To remove the step rate override repeat the process above, turning the dial until
100% is displayed.
