The stack is similar to other sequences in that it is a chain of memories and/or channels.
Unlike fader sequences, the stack has 199 steps available for recording (this includes
inserted point cues - see below) and stack steps are played back using either the
crossfaders or [ .. ]. It is possible to play back the stack on the crossfaders and to run
fader sequences simultaneously.
The stack is the preferred method of playing a list of cues, called Steps, for your show. By
recording memories and or channels in a specific order, you can pre-record all of the
necessary steps (or cues) in your show and have them readily available for successive
playback. In addition, you can insert new steps or modify existing steps through the
Sequences Menu found in the LCD menu (see
When recording stack steps, the console assumes the use of whole numbers (1-99). If you
need to add steps between these whole number steps, you may do so in the

insert as many as nine point steps (.1 - .9) between two whole numbered cues. However,
you are limited to 199 total steps in the stack.
When a cue stack is recorded but not active, the STACK button will be dimly lit. Pressing
STACK will activate the stack for playback on the crossfaders and the button will light fully.
If there is no stack recorded, the button will be unlit.
