3.1

Selecting the Meter Type

Before using the Scheme editor, the type of meter to
be programmed must be selected.
Select File/New/A1120/40 Scheme and open the
scheme. Select Compatibility on the Main Menu Bar.
Select the appropriate meter variant only. From now
on the Power Master Unit will only display parameters
applicable to the selected model(s) of A1120/40
Meter. It is strongly recommended that only one meter
variant is selected at a time. If more than one variant
is selected and a Scheme is created, scheme
parameters applicable to the lowest specification of
meter only will be available for selection.
To Select meter compatibility - Select compatibility
A1120 in the Scheme Editor then select meter variant.
If 'Save as Default' is checked, the selection will be saved and used as the default when the Power
Master Unit is powered up and new schemes are created.

Scheme Editor
As an entry is made to a Scheme, the entry in the Summary changes to Bold
(See opposite). This allows quick verification of Scheme entries.
Care should be taken when entering a Scheme to ensure the correct parameters
are selected for generic meter models. If a parameter is not available for a
particular model of meter, the meters will still be programmed, but no action will
take place for the unavailable parameter. For this reason it is recommended that
meter compatibility is selected in isolation.
