3/35 Sample Loader TS Guide
VP - 3.10 X-Axis Solenoids to Platen Channel Check
Purpose: Perform this procedure to verify Platen Channels are parallel to X-Axis Guide Rods.
1. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold MAN and START.
b. Turn Power ON, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
2. Press (

keys, move the solenoids along their full length of travel.

3. Visually confirm the following:
•
The solenoids complete the movement without touching the Platen.
•
The gap between each solenoid and the Platen Channel is approximately the same all along
the length of travel.
4. IF Check is OK, go to
