3/35 Sample Loader TS Guide
VP - 3.7 X-Axis Solenoid to Guide Rod Adjustment
Purpose: Perform this procedure to adjust the X-Axis Soleniod Slide so that it is perpendicular to
the X-Axis Guide Rods,
NOTE:This procedure is not required for [CE MARK] Sample Loaders
1. Perform Check procedure
2. If installed, remove Platen.
3. Put Sample Loader in Manual Mode.
a. Press and Hold MAN and START.
b. Turn Power ON, hold keys down until BEEPING stops.
4. Remove Solenoid Umbrellas If present (TSB 97- 010, 95 - 051).
5. Place Rack Guide Alignment Tool on Guide Rods against Right Bracket
6. Press (
X
) keys to move X-Axis Solenoids to edge of tool.
