Keyboard is password
protected.
Keyboard is not connected.
Keyboard is connected to
the mouse port.
Mouse is not connected.
Mouse is connected to the
keyboard port.
Mouse driver not installed.
Mouse ball sticking.
Dead battery
Action
Enter the keyboard password, if
supported by your operating
system.
Connect the keyboard to the
keyboard port.
Connect the keyboard to the
keyboard port.
Connect the mouse and restart the
operating system.
Connect the mouse to the mouse
port and restart the operating
system.
Install the appropriate mouse
driver; refer to your supplied
application software
documentation.
Clean the mouse.
Check that the air flow path is
clear. Make sure there are no
materials blocking the input grill.
also check to see that the cables
inside the system are properly
dressed and not impeding the
airflow.
Replace the lithium battery. Use a
Panasonic BR2032, CR2032, or
equivalent (see Chapter 4,
Installing System Options).
