Complaints
If the shipment was damaged during transit:
– Immediately contact the carrier!
– Keep the packaging material (in case the carrier wants to inspect it or
the shipment has to be returned to us)
If the shipment is not complete:
– Immediately contact Sartorius Stedim Biotech GmbH or the Customer Service
Department in your country!
