Inlet Pressure During Operation
The minimum operating pressure should be at least: > 4000 mbar g
®
Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester automatically detects the operating pressure during
the function test before starting each test.
Connecting the outlet tubing
1. Hold the female connector as shown in the picture. Slide it on the male outlet
connector and press until the metal part of the female connector touches the
housing of the Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester.
2. Grab the metal nut as shown on the picture and press towards the housing
of the Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester until you hear or feel a click.
3. Grab the metal nut as shown in the previous picture and verify that the tubing
is safely locked before using the Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester.
Disconnecting the outlet tubing
1. Grab the female connector as shown on the picture and gently tear away from
the housing of the Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester.
2. If not connected to the Sartocheck 4 plus Bag tester, store the test tubing in
a clean and dry place.
Check to make sure that all inlet and outlet pressure tubing is connected properly,
that all electrical connections have been correctly installed, and that the paper roll
as well as the ribbon cartridge have been inserted.
