Once the call is answered, the operator can make notes against the call, the screenshot below shows
the operator added a note saying "This is a Call for David Job." Notes can be useful when handling
many calls to keep a track of who a caller asked to speak to.

The Quick Find Window

This useful search feature allows an operator to try and find a contact that they can transfer calls to.
Type in the search box and it will return any matching items.
You can search based on Name, Number, email address, company and notes that are assigned to the
user. When you perform a search it performs a lookup on the extension list, user list and address
book, the icon against the search results will indicate where the match was made.
Icon
Meaning
This icon indicates that the search results found a user.
This icon indicates that a match has been found against an extension.
The book icon indicates that a match has been made in the address book.
