Changes can be made to various timers used by the Operator Console, the table below explains the
behaviour of the timers.
Item
Hold Alert
Park Alert
Transfer Recall
Show Recall alert
Manual Routing Overflow Time
Enter the values as required and click OK to save the changes.
Setting
After this timer, calls placed on hold by the operator
will be highlighted in the console application.
Calls that are parked will be highlighted after this
timer expires.
Calls that are transferred by the operator will recall
back after this timer expires.
An indication that a call is about to be recalled can
be enabled here, it can be used to indicate that a call
will be recalled before the call actually recalls
After this timer expires, the call will be routed to the
failover destination.
