Back in the Collector Configuration application, you will see the TAPI collector has been added, select
it and click Edit Telephone System Template.
In the Edit the Telephone System Template configuration screen, select 'Generic TAPI' in the 'Select
a template' drop down menu.
Click OK to save the changes and close down the Collector Configuration application.
