To perform a supervised transfer of call then right click on an intended destination and choose the
option for Supervised Transfer. This will put the outside caller on hold and make an internal call to
the extension. Note the call is displayed in the lower left hand corner of the screen in the Call
parked of held window. The default action button will change to 'Complete Supervised Transfer ',
whilst the call is still ringing on the destination extension, it would effectively make the call a blind
transferred call. If the internal call was connected the complete supervised transfer would connect
the outside caller to the extension.
In the lower right hand corner of the application there are similar options to complete the transfer
of the call or cancel it. If cancel is selected, the internal side of the call is cancelled and the operator
extension becomes idle.
At this point the caller will remain on hold and the operator can retrieve
the call from hold by right clicking on it of by clicking the default action button.

Putting Calls on Hold

There are two 3 different types of hold available in the operator console, Managed Park, System
Park and a standard Hold.
To manually put a call on hold, right click in the active call area and choose one of the hold types.
You can also drag a call down to the Calls parked or held area of the console.
