Managed Park

Managed Park is used to transfer a call to another MyCalls user, when you select managed park a list
of active MyCalls users is displayed, you can select one of the user in the list and click OK. If a device
is selected in the Quick Find Window then the call is held for that user, if the user doesn't have
MyCalls or MyCalls Desktop open then they will not see the call. Unanswered calls will recall back to
the operator.
The call will be put on hold and the client that it is being transferred to will pop up a window from
the system tray. There is some information about the calls displayed, the user can click to 'Retrieve'
the call from hold. If the user dismisses the request then call will remain on hold and ultimately
recall to the operator.
