summary of creating status buttons is as follows.
In the Actions Tab, right click in any area and select Edit, this puts the grid into Edit mode and allows
buttons to the configured. In Edit mode you can see where a button will be positioned, to configure
a specific button, right click over it and click Configure.
In the Button Type drop down menu, select status and then in the Extension drop down menu select
an extension. If the target extension is an ACD Agent, then select User and find the desired user.
Repeat this process for the required number of status buttons, the buttons will be visible in the
application. The Create Range button is a useful way of quickly creating many DSS keys. When you
have finished creating buttons, right click an area of the grid and de-select Edit Mode.
