Once a search has been performed you can right click on one of the items and perform any of the
available actions. The screenshot below shows the options available when the operator's extension
is idle and they are not on a call.

Action Buttons

Action buttons can be created in the lower right hand corner of the console to provide quick access
to useful operator features. Actions buttons can be used for the following:
Action Button
Speed Dial
Service Code
Status Buttons
Run Program
Macro
System Park
Label
Purpose
Create a click and dial button for a number that isn't an extension on
the PBX. This would include outside numbers or pilot numbers used
for transferring calls to groups.
Used for issuing services codes such as day / night mode switching
or paging.
Status buttons can be created for either extensions or users. Users
are only typically created in an ACD environment otherwise
extension buttons would be used. The operator can left click / right
click on a status button to perform actions such as dial the extension
or transfer to it.
Open an application or run a shortcut.
Run a Macro which can automate a process
Used to park calls on the PBX.
Some text that can be used to label areas of the action button
windows.
