Collector Configuration

The first step of the MyCalls configuration is to add a TAPI collector using the Collector Configuration
application. Start the Collector Configuration in:
Start > Programs > NEC Infrontia > MyCalls > Collector Configuration
Login to the application with a PBX administrator user account and expand Local Collector, navigate
down to TAPI Connections and click Create a New TAPI Connection.
Enter a name in the top left hand corner, all of the other values can be left as default. Click OK to
save the changes.
Note: If you upgraded from MyCalls version 4 or prior then you have to manually enter the word
"Virtual Ext" in the "Extension Identifiers used by TAPI" dialogue box after the word EXTENSION.
Making sure the words are separated with a comma ( , ) .
