Carry out The Custom Install
Make sure the MyCalls server is fully running and then on the PC running the TAPI driver, start the
MyCalls installation program and choose a Custom Install.
When prompted choose to install the Call Collector, Call Collector Configuration and Call Control
Server. Select the option not to install the other components.
