Advanced Routing Features

This section acts as a guide for explaining each advanced feature and how they are configured, a
more detailed explanation of the advanced feature is available in the MyCalls End User Guide.
The configuration screens are slightly different when the advanced routing license is installed, the
first two settings are in Configure > Telephone System > PBX > Operator Console > System Settings
> Recall / Alert / Overflows Times.
The additional timers operate as follows:

Backup Routing
Overflow Time
Operator Users can also be set for Auto Delivery, when this is enabled an optional Wrapup Time can
be for each Operator. This will give the operator some extra time before the next call is presented
to them.
Setting
After this timer expires, calls will be offered to operators
configured to use manual routing.
After this timer expires, calls will be delivered to any operators
regardless of if they are assigned to the DDI or not.
