Installing TAPI on a Different PC to the MyCalls Server

Where possible the TAPI driver should be installed on the same PC as the MyCalls server, this keeps
all of the MyCalls services in the same place and simplifies any troubleshooting. If for some reason
the TAPI driver has to be installed on a different PC to the MyCalls server, the installation process is
described here.
To summarise the process, the MyCalls server will be installed as normal and then disabled the Call
Control and Collector services. On the PC running the TAPI driver, you will need to carry out a
custom installation and choose to install the Call Control Service, Collector Service and the Collector
Configuration Tool.

Disable the Service on the MyCalls Server

MyCalls installs several Windows service during the install of the MyCalls services, these can be
viewed by running 'services.msc' on the operating system.
