In the TAPI Connection Configuration, enter the name of the PC that has the TAPI driver and Call
Control Service installed on it. This is always the MyCalls server unless you decided to install them
on different PC's.
Note: If you upgraded from MyCalls version 4 or prior then you have to manually enter the word
"Virtual Ext" in the "Extension Identifiers used by TAPI" dialogue box after the word EXTENSION.
Making sure the words are separated with a comma ( , ) .
The other configuration items that may need to be changed are as follows:

Number of Internal Call Digits
Auto Hang up Calls
Always Dial These Number Externally
Click OK to save the changes.
Setting
Enter the trunk access code that a user will
dial for an outside line.
Enter the maximum number of digits used for
internal extensions. Any dialled digits longer
than this, MyCalls will automatically add the
trunk access code to when dialling out.
This features acts like disconnect clear and
when an extension becomes idle will hang up
the phone. This feature is particularly useful
for headset users.
Numbers entered in here are always dialled
with the trunk access code in front of them.
