Console Configuration

The next stage of the configuration is to tell MyCalls which virtual extensions to monitor. This is
done in:
Configure > Telephone System > PBX > Operator Console > System Settings > Routing
Configuration.
In the' Pre-routing Extension pool' area, enter the pre-routing virtual extension numbers that are
part Pre Routing Department group. These should be labelled Op PreRout1, Op PreRout2 and Op
PreRout3 in PBX's configuration.
In the 'Extension Pool' area, enter the routing extension numbers that are configured on the PBX.
These should be labelled as Op Route 1, Op Route 2 etc.
Finally enter the virtual extensions that have been created for the 'Managed Parking Bay' and should
be labelled Op Park 1, Op Park 2 etc. Click OK to save the changes.
