This section describes the error messages related to communications.

Error Description
Invalid syntax.
Use a comma to separate the data.
See pages 3-5 and 3-6 and enter using the correct 3-5 to 3-6
data format.
Check the number of parameters.
Enter required parameters.
Insert a space between the header and data to
separate them.
Check the mnemonic (alphanumerical character
string).
Check the header.
Check the header.
A mantissa is required before the exponent in the
<NRf> form.
Use a smaller exponent for <NR3> format.
Limit the number of digits to 255 or less.
Enter in a format other than <NRf> format.
Check the unit of the <Voltage>, <Time>, and
<Frequency>.

No units are allowed other than <Voltage>,
