Call Features

The GVC3210 support traditional and advanced telephony features including caller ID, caller ID with caller
Name, call waiting, call forward and etc for the SIP account. Before using the following feature code, please
make sure "Enable Call Features" option is set to "Yes" under web GUISettingsSIPCall page.
Please note this feature doesn't apply to IPVideoTalk account or BlueJeans account.
Use Preferred Codec (per call).

Dial *01 followed by the preferred codec code and the phone number.

The device will use this codec in the INVITE SDP as the first codec when initiating the
call.

Codec code:
PCMU: 7110
PCMA: 7111
*01
G722: 722
G722.1: 7206
G.729AB:729
iLBC: 7201
For example, if the user would like to use PCMA as the preferred codec to call phone number
334455, enter *017111334455. Please note the actual codec being used might be different,
which is the negotiation result between the endpoints and SIP server.
