CALL FEATURES

The GVC3200/GVC3202 support traditional and advanced telephony features including caller ID, caller ID
with caller Name, call waiting, call forward and etc for the SIP account. Before using the following feature
code, please make sure "Enable Call Features" option is set to "Yes" under web GUI->Settings->SIP-
>Call page. Please note this feature doesn't apply to IPVideoTalk account or BlueJeans account.
Use Preferred Codec (per call).

Dial *01 followed by the preferred codec code and the phone number.

The device will use this codec in the INVITE SDP as the first codec when initiating the
call.

Codec code:
PCMU: 7110
*01
PCMA: 7111
G722: 722
G722.1: 7206
For example, if the user would like to use PCMA as the preferred codec to call phone number
334455, enter *017111334455. Please note the actual codec being used might be different,
which is the negotiation result between the endpoints and SIP server.
Force Codec (per call).

Dial *02 followed by the preferred codec code and the phone number.

The device will be forced to use this codec during the call.


PCMU: 7110

PCMA: 7111
G722: 722
G722.1: 7206
For example, if the user would like to force using PCMA to call phone number 334455, enter
*017111334455.
*16 Enable and force SRTP for all subsequent calls.
*17 Disable SRTP for all subsequent calls.
*18 Enable SRTP per call.
*19 Disable SRTP per call.
Block Caller ID (for all subsequent calls).
*30

Dial *30.
Send Caller ID (for all subsequent calls).
*31

Dial *31.
Disable Call Waiting.
*50

Dial *50.
