8. On GVC3210 LCD menu  Schedule, click on the upper right MENU icon  Settings.

9. Enable Google Calendar by selecting the checkbox for the Google account. Set the sync interval, e.g.,
Every 5 mins.

Now your GVC3210 has Google account successfully associated with schedule. The scheduled conference
from GVC3210 or Google Calendar can sync with each other. Here is how to use it.
