Parameters Descriptions
File Encoding
Select the encoding format for XML contact file.
Select the file format for phonebook file export.
File Type
The device supports xml, csv and vcard.
Choose Directory Select directory to save file.

Groups

Users could divide contacts into different groups with specific names. Select one group entry and press
"OK" key to view group details.

Call
Press on GVC3210 remote control to call the first 8 members in a group to initiate a conference.

Delete (red shortcut key)
It is used to rename a group.

Rename (yellow shortcut key)
It is used to delete a group.

New (blue shortcut key)
It is used to add a group.
