Users can at any time stop the recording by clicking the record button and press:
Users could log in to IPVideoTalk Enterprise web portal  Recordings page to View/Download/Delete
the recordings for the cloud meetings/webinars:
Note: There are some prerequisites to enable cloud recording features on GVC3210:

GVC3210 needs to be linked with an IPVideoTalk enterprise account.

The subscribed IPVideoTalk plan should include cloud recording support and adequate cloud
storage space for recording. Please refer to IPVideoTalk website or User Manual for the latest
plan information.

Schedule

Schedule feature allows users to set a specific time to host a conference in advance, with conference
reminder and members.
