10. In the Mobile Data Service via ISDN 128 kbps Properties window, click the
Networking tab and check that Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) is selected. Click
Settings.
11. In the PPP Settings window, Negotiate multilink for single link
connections should be checked for 128 kbps transmission and unchecked
for 64 kbps.
