16. Install shims (0–8) as required, washer

Driven Clutch Bolt .
17. Torque the Driven Clutch Bolt

extension wedged between the movable sheave
and the upper A-arm.
TORQUE
Driven Clutch Retaining Bolt:
43 lb-ft (58 Nm)
18. Install the Drive Clutch Stationary Sheave. Ensure
the Sheave is fully seated

using a 6 inch
20. Install the PVT inlet duct hose. Torque the hose clamp

bolt .
IMPORTANT
Ensure proper orientation of washers. Orientation
should be as follows: Clutch Spider, Yellow Washer,
towards Outer Post, and Outer Post.
TORQUE
Drive Clutch Retaining Bolt:
96 lb-ft (130 Nm)
to specification.
