4.6 National restrictions

In accordance with Article 10 of 2014/53/EU, we inform you national restrictions and requirements may apply when it
comes to authorization. Not all EU countries have implemented the harmonized use of 5 GHz for the implementation
of WAS/RLANs yet. There are restrictions in:
Albania, Andorra, Azerbaijan, Moldova, Monaco, San Marino and Vatican City
Said requirements may vary with time or from country to country. Teldat S.A. recommends you check with local au-
thorities for the latests status on national regulations.
This product is supplied without any antennas. Choosing antennas is atthe discretion of the operator, but said party
is responsible for complying with the local regulations.
Make sure the characteristics of the antennas usedmatch the regulations applicable to the installation location.

4.7 Operating frequency

4.7.1 WWAN Antenna

This device is to be used only for mobile and fixed application; and must not be co-located oroperating in conjunction
with any other antenna or transmitter.For mobile and fixed operating configurations the WWAN antenna gain, includ-
ing cable loss, must not exceed 6 dBi at 700 MHz, 850 MHz, 1700 MHz and 1900 MHz; 9 dBi at 2500/2600 MHz;
and 1 dBi at 2300 MHz, for satisfying RF exposure compliance. Under no conditions may an antenna gain be used
that might exceed the ERP and EIRP power limits as specified in EN 301 908-x standards.

4.7.2 WLAN antenna

The antenna(s) used for WLAN transmitter must be installed to provide a separation distance of at least 20cm from
all persons and must not be co-located or operating in conjunction with any other antenna or transmitter.Only those
antenna(s) tested with thedevice or similar antenna(s) with equal or lesser gain may be used with this transmit-
ter.Operations in the 5150-5350 MHz band are restricted to indoor usage only.

4.8 Labeling

The following table shows the symbols that appear on the label attached to the rear of the equipment.
