Work with the Scheduler

Use the scheduler to schedule when the projector turns on or off.

Schedule the projector to turn on or off

You need Administrator or Service permissions to complete this procedure.
1. Tap Menu > Administrator Setup > Scheduler.
2. Tap Enable Scheduler.
3. To view the available dates, tap and drag the scroll bar.
4. Tap a square below the date and next to the time that you want the projector to turn on or off.
5. Tap New.
6. To turn the projector off at a specific date and time, tap Power Off.
7. To turn the projector on at a specific date and time, tap Power On.
8. To enable or disable the scheduled event, tap Start.
New scheduled events are enabled by default.
9. Select a date and a time for the scheduled event.
10. To have the scheduled event occur weekly, tap Weekly.
11. Select the days that you want the event to occur.
12. To have the scheduled event occur once at a specific date and time, tap Once.
13. Tap Expire and select the date you want a weekly event to expire.
14. Tap Save.
15. To return to the calendar view, tap OK.

Edit a scheduled event

You need Administrator or Service permissions to complete this procedure.
1. Tap Menu > Administrator Setup > Scheduler.
2. To view the available dates, tap and drag the scroll bar.
3. Tap the event you want to edit.
