3.4 Task Macro

This operation allows up to five (5) macros that can be set. Each macro can run
up to nine (9) tasks sequentially (one after another). For example, a macro can
be set to perform these tasks in order: Wipe, Clone, then Hash.
3.4.1 Step-by-step instructions – Task Macro
Each task or operation must be set up before setting up the macro. For
example, to set up a Task Macro that will perform a wipe then clone (Drive to
Drive), users must first set up both the wipe and clone tasks. Once the wipe (for
example, Wipe 1) and clone (for example, Clone 1) has been set up, the Task
Macro can be set
1. Set the various tasks for the macro to perform. For example, set a wipe
task and a clone task.
2. Select Task Macro from the types of operation on the left side.
3. Select a macro (Macro 1 through Macro 5).
4. Tap the Task icon to select up to nine (9) operations or tasks that were
set in step 1.
5. Set up to 9 operations by tapping on each operation in order (Operation
1, Operation 2, etc.).
6. When all the operations have been set, tap the OK icon.
7. Tap the Start icon to execute the macro and perform all the operations
within that macro.
8. When finished, the status will show "COMPLETED". At this point, it is
recommended to tap Reset Task to reset the task so the drive bays
properly reset and not show as being used or assigned for other tasks.
