You can allow users to change common user preferences by providing access to the
User Setup screen.
1. Go to System Info > Admin Setup > General Setup, then select
2. Check the Allow User Setup option to make the User Setup option available
to users on the System Info screen.
User Setup includes the following options:
Auto-Answer Point to Point
Auto-Answer Multipoint
Mute Auto-Answer Calls
PIP adjustment
Far Control of Near Camera
Backlight Compensation
Allow Remote Monitoring
Meeting Password
Far Site Name Display Time
Multipoint Mode
Some of these options are also available to administrators on the Admin Settings screens.
