The monitor
displays an error
icon during an IP
call.
Low battery icon on
the screen.

Normal System Behaviors

System Behavior
All Camera turns to the side and the monitor goes
blank after displaying the splash screen.
All Screen is blank; start music plays and
Polycom logo appears briefly.

System Cause
All The system has detected
packet loss above the
acceptable level set for the
system.
All Low batteries in the remote
control.
The following behaviors are part of the system's normal operation:
Solution
Retry the call if the video or audio
quality becomes unacceptable to the
call participants.
Replace the batteries in the remote
control with three AAA batteries.
Meaning
The system is entering sleep mode.
The system is starting.
