When Value of One Element in OnTime[] and OffTime[] Is 0
If the value of the element in OnTime[] or OffTime[] is 0, the value of the output will change to TRUE
or FALSE immediately after execution of the instruction.
If the only the value of the element in OnTime[] is 0, the value of the output will change to TRUE
immediately after execution of the instruction. Therefore, the following figure shows the output oper-
