License Agreement
This product is subject to the terms and conditions set out in the International
Limited Warranty which you can download from the Leica Geosystems home page at
http://www.leica-geosystems.com/internationalwarranty or collect from your Leica
Geosystems distributor. The foregoing warranty is exclusive and is in lieu of all other
warranties, terms or conditions, express or implied, either in fact or by operation of
law, statutory or otherwise, including warranties, terms or conditions of merchanta-
bility, fitness for a particular purpose, satisfactory quality and non-infringement, all
of which are expressly disclaimed.
The 3D Disto comes with a three* year warranty from Leica Geosys-
tems.

All rights reserved for changes (drawings, descriptions and technical
specifications).
* To receive the three year warranty, the 3D Disto must be registered on our
website https://myworld.leica-geosystems.com within eight weeks of the
purchase date. If the product is not registered, a two year warranty applies.
