The Cisco RFGW-10 Supervisor 7-E does not support the Fast Ethernet port. For network management
applications, use the 1 Gbps SFP port on a Cisco RFGW-10 DS-384 line card or the Cisco DS-48 line
card instead.

X2 Handling Guidelines and Installation

An X2 transceiver is a hot-swappable input/output device that plugs into the 10-Gigabit Ethernet port of
the Supervisor Engine and links the Supervisor Engine with a fiber-optic network. The X2 transceivers
are online swappable.
