38. Illustration A16 Remove canopy supports B.
To remove the support raise top canopy to its
highest possible open height and turn canopy
support rod clockwise to unthread the support
from unit and remove from base.
39. Illustration A16 Open top canopy to its full
upright position and install the upper canopy
support. Support must be positioned behind the
front base cross member tube. It is also
recommended that the top canopy be supported
by a second person to prevent slippage of the
canopy support which will result in personal
injury.
40. Illustration A16 Detach top unit from base
assembly by removing the three 6mm socket
head cap screws from the left and right pivot
bearing A.
41. Lift canopy front from each end and remove
canopy support, slide canopy forward to remove.
Due to the weight of the canopy, it is recom-
mended that this task be performed by at least
four adults.
42. Illustration A17 Remove front base cross
member tube A. Detach tube by removing the
four self tapping philips screws B.
43. Illustration A18 Remove profile retaining
frame C from base leg sections by removing four
self tapping philips screws B.
44. Illustration A19 To detach the left base leg
section remove self tapping philips screws A and
B located under top of rear panel assembly.
45. Repeat procedure for right base leg section.
