Advanced Reporting Functions
Advanced Reporting option enhances account management and provides a variety
of reports.
Account Management Enhancements
Adding Budgets to Accounts
Each account can be upgraded with the following feature options:
Budget: set the amount the account is allowed to spend in a set period of time

Consumed amount: display the amount of postage used since the beginning of the

period.
Threshold: a warning that alerts the user that the budget for the period will be
•
reached soon.
Additionally, the Mailing System will:
Block postage for accounts that have consumed their budget
•
Send a message to the supervisor when the budget of an account is reached
•
Reset the consumed amount at the next beginning of the period.
•
Applying Surcharges to Accounts
You can charge any account an additional amount each time postage is applied to
mail processed under selected accounts.
For each account, you can set the additional charge to be proportional to the postage
amount or as a fixed amount for each operation.
