Failure when carrying out works of maintenance,

Safey devices are removed or tampered with.
The stove is not connected to a workign, efficient smoke
exhaust system.
The room of installation is not properly ventilated
The plumbing system is not compliant with current law in
the country of installation

4.12.1. Alarm signalling

If an operating anomaly occurs, the stove is equipped with a
computerized monitoring system that informs the user via the display
(8) of the nature of the problem and where it has occurred.
The following table summarises the principal alarms which may be
indicated

ALAR DEP FAIL
Obstruction of smoke discharge duct or negative pressure
caused by wind.
ALAR FAN FAIL
Fan speed too low or fan off
The smoke fan is blocked.
ALAR SMOKE PROBE Smoke sensor short circuit
ALAR SAFE FAIL
The safety has tripped that controls the pellet hopper.
Overheating has occurred due to a malfunction
ALAR HOT TEMP
This occurs when the smoke temperature exceeds 180°
for an excessive length of time.
ALAR NO ACC
Occurs on first failed attempt at lighting
ALAR NO FIRE
Occurs when the stove goes out and when the
temperature of the smoke sensor is below the preset
threshold.
Pellet hopper temperature exceeds foreseen safety limit.

Overheating of the stove body.

Solution
Check and clean the ENTIRE smoke duct, or check that
the wind outdoors is not preventing the release of
smoke. Install a wind cowl.
Check for cleanliness and whether the is slowing the fan.
If cleaning does not solve the problem, repalce the
smoke fan
Replace smoke sensor
Check the parameters of the recipe used.
Heat exchanger not working.
The stove is used for too long at maximum operating
power.
Clean the inside of the heat exchanger and run the stove
at full power for shorter periods of time. Also check the
quality of the pellets.
If this is the first attempt at lighting, relight or check the
level of pellets in the hopper.
Check the ignition plug.
It is caused when the flame is extinguished due to
clogging or when there are no longer any pellets in the
hopper.
The stove body is too hot because the product has been
operating for too long at maximum power, it is poorly
ventilated or the air fans are faulty. Shut down the stove
by pressing key 5 on the control panel, and wait for it to
cool. After it has cooled down, the stove can be relit.
