any IDE devices it finds. If it fails to find a hard disk drive, change the value to
"Manual" and change the Access Mode. Then, manually configure the drive by
entering the characteristics of the drive in the items below (Capacity, Cylinder,
Head, Precomp, etc.). Refer to your drive's documentation or look on the drive if
you need to obtain this information.
If a hard disk drive has not been installed select NONE and press <Enter>.
Access Mode:
This item defines some special ways that can be used to access IDE hard disk drives
such as LBA (Large Block Addressing). Leave this value at "Auto" and the
system will automatically decide the fastest way to access the hard disk drive.
Press <Esc> to close the IDE device sub-menu and return to the Standard
CMOS Features page.

Drive A and Drive B (Floppy Disk Drives)
This category identifies the type of floppy disk drive A or drive B that has been
installed in the computer.
Options for these fields are:

360K, 5.25"
1.2MB, 5.25"
720K, 3.5"
1.44MB, 3.5"
2.88MB, 3.5"
The "Not Installed" option could be used as an option for diskless workstations.
