• Security card is not inserted completely into the SD card slot
• Security card has been removed from the SD card slot.
• Security card is damaged.
Note:
• If the SD card has been removed (or was not installed correctly), switch the machine
off, insert the SD card, then switch on the machine again.
• If the SD card has been damaged, procure a new SD card, replace the NVRAM,
then do the DOS and HDD encryption installation.

• System firmware updated incorrectly.
• Flash ROM on controller board defective.
• Replace controller board.

Authentication Log Management Error

When logged errors of an application reach the maximum number of the authentication
log management, this SC is issued.
• Authentication error of an application
Turn off and on the machine.

GW Controller Error

When one of processes in the GW controller gets an error in its processing, the machine
stops and issues this SC.
• Firmware old or defective
• GW controller defective
1. Updates the latest firmware of the GW controller.
2. Replace the GW controller board.
