HTTP Proxy Port
This SP sets the port number of the proxy server used for communication between
Cumin-N and the gateway. This setting is necessary to set up Cumin-N.

This SP sets the HTTP proxy certification user name.

The certification update failed, and the GW URL is being notified of the failed

update.
The period of the certification has expired and new request for an update is

being sent to the GW URL.
A rescue update for certification has been issued and a rescue certification

setting is in progress for the rescue GW connection.
